I ordered two bottles of raspberry ketones on May 8th. I received two bottles of green coffee bean extract on June 2nd (almost a month later AND the wrong order!). The packing ship clearly stated that I had placed an order for raspberry ketones. On June 2nd I emailed Pure Health. No response. On June 8th I emailed again requesting a reply within 5 business days and a solution, or else I would contact American Express and have them contact Pure Health to get the money back. The next day I received a brief and non apologetic reply saying that my raspberry ketones would be shipped the next day. After almost three weeks and nothing in the mail, I finally contacted AMEX. They also reached out to Pure Health and received NO RESPONSE. AMEX, being an example of a GOOD COMPANY, refunded me my money anyway. Do not give your money to Pure Health. Someone needs to shut them down - they are a FRAUD.
