They didn't actually get the tablets I was offering, but they still attempted to scam me.
I was listing a barter on Back Page obviously I was suspicious
When:
A: I was offered more than the Item was listed for "due to the need to ship out of the country."
B: They wanted me to ship to Africa.
C: The PayPal confirmation ended up in junk mail. (That never happened before.)
Of course there was a conversation (Email) about them saying I have been scammed in the past, please don't scam me ect. Well the next morning I still had not received a confirmation on my ACTUAL PayPal account. So I contacted them, and sent them the email. They assured me it was a fake.
The person who emailed me had also contacted me through a text and the number that was used is 516 362 0537
Buy the way someone tried to access my Facebook from a place in Turkey. They did not let them sign in and even shut down my account temporarily. (thank goodness)
