Enrolled for trial period for $5.03 through Blitz downloads for music shown as being available. After installing and registering Quamm as directed, was unable to find ANY of the songs I enrolled to get. "Instant Chat" with Support took me to support email; sent 3 requests in 3 days with no response. Finally received automated response that they were not responsible. THEN got hit with another $70.76 in fees. Emailed again requesting refund, no response at all. Actually don't recall EVER seeing a notice that there would be an additional fee. Never downloaded ANYTHING. What a scam!
