Thought I was getting upgrade on PDF and the product caused my computer to shut down and crash removed off my system and had to get it completely restarted and re-setup. Called company about refund. No english speaking person they still wanted me to give them information about my system. Called third time they told me someone had just issued me a refund. Person never took info just hung up. HELP!!!
