I called customer care and asked for refund and at the end she said "have a wonderful day" when it was 11:20pm in chicago. I asked where is she answering the call she said nevada. I immediately asked whats the time there now? She paused for 20 seconds and said 9:20pm (after googling). I told ger why did you google it? Its fake! Fake! Fake! It costed me 1 hr of my time.
