There was a product purchased and my credit card was billed 3 times. I did not receive any email for the product so I assumed the there was no charge. Checked my statement and there are 3 charges from Clicksure. I emailed them the information and I get form response to provide information from email. I email them back several time the above explanation along with the information on my bank statement and they kept insisting they cannot help me. I contacted the company I purchased the product from and got the same form response. I have 3 charges from Clicksure yet they will not acknowledge that they charged my account.
