I noticed a debit for $10.74 on my bank account. I called the company and the woman with whom I spoke told me that the order had been placed from their website, etc. She agreed that the money will be refunded. I gave her a lecture about how she could work for an honest company as well as for a business that operates fraudulently, and she hung up on me — I can't imagine why! Cancelled debit card, etc.
I am going to cause as much trouble for these creeps as I possibly can.
