I changed my mind the same day that I made my purchase but was talked into thinking it over because I had 30 days to decide. I purchased on 5/24 and called back on 6/20.
I was told that for whatever reason the credit to my Visa could not be accomplished and again a couple of days later, the same lame excuse. Amy (the one to whom I had been speaking) then told me that she would submit my refund to corporate to have a check sent to me and that I would have it within 7-10 working days. That was on 6/22. It is now 7/10 and no check has been forthcoming.
Today I called and was told that Amy was at the dentist and that the man who answered could help me. This stonewalling Bill (his name) kept telling me that I was over the 30 days and would not give me phone number for corporate. Since he offered me an e-mail address, I took it and arrived at where I am right now... Completely frustrated and determined to get results.
