I have never heard of this company and did not authorize them to pull funds out of my account that was earmarked for other items. I have faxed them the online refund form and I mailed the same form to them. I cannot e-mail them because the e-mail address they supply is invalid. I have called them repeatedly and all I get is that blasted voice mail message, and I have yet to speak with a live person. At this point, I just want my money back and them out of business forever.
