Dr. Howze is a hack She did the evaluation for my custody case in 2007. Like the other complaintants on this site, my child was also victimized by her incompetence. The child custody assesment she provided to the court was full of mispelled words, typos, misleading and flat out incorrect information. Not to mention the fact that it was completed prior to her interviewing all parties. It appears that she works by her own made up rules, is not impartial and is more concerned with getting paid than the best interest of the child. Avoid her at all cost.
