I placed an order for two IPhones on 6/14 and paid a total of $632.00. I then received an e-mail from the company stating that customs reviewed the packages and due to international tax rates going up, I needed to pay an additional $300 in order for my package to be sent. I paid the $300.00 as I wasn't going to get a refund for the $632.00 and received an e-mail stating that the truck had flipped over that the phones were on and it would take a week to receive the new product from the manufacturer. They said that they would give me the tracking information yesterday. I never received the tracking information so I contacted the company. I have sent 3 e-mails with no response. Today I contacted customer service via their website and was told that they shipping agency was on vaction until July 12. This site is a scam and I think they faked their good reviews. My next step is to see what kind of legal action I can take as I have all documentation from dealing with the company. I am not going to sit by and let this company steal my hard earned money. I only went through them because of their price and at the time, there were bad reviews that I could find. Buyers beware. Do not order from this company.
