New smart phone (less than 2mths) is dropping data plan all the time. Called 1st time w/in 3 days of receiving phone. They installed a "fix" and it worked for @ 2 weeks. Called again and asked to swap out w/a new phone since fix didn't fix it, and they want to give me a refurbished model. I have been w / ATT for 10 years, and this is how they treat me. Am still fighting to get a new phone, or my money back. Only advice; don't go with ATT. Speak with your dollars and go to the competition.
