We pay for whole home directv and the 10mb/s internet and still it does not work with multiple technician calls. We get 0.7mb/s and our whole home dvr's still do not work at all. No one seems to care at your company and we keep getting screwed over by your technicians who keep saying we can give them a little money on the side to get our service working "properly". Your technician's are scam artists who keep wasting our time and money with no resolve.
