My daughter has a pair of skechers sparkle shoes. Within 2 months the bottoms compltely seperated from the rest of the shoe. I contacted corp office. They referred me to california corporate office at 228 manhattan beach blvd, mahattan beach ca. 90266... 310.318.3188. They had me ship (out of pocket) to customer returns at: skechers customer return 29800: Eucalyptus ave rancho belago, ca 92555. They claim it was normal wear and tear. They shipped them back so i called corp office again and said as a consumer i had to disagree with their decision. Corporate office looked at the pics of the shoes and agreed they were defective but had to side with the returns departments decision. I was confused? I guess i have learned that even though i paid $50 for a pair of what seemed to be nice shoes, they were defective and the corporate office had no concern for a consumer of their product. Skechers are cheap and over priced? Googlr it!
