I received an email from a friend and signed up for this program. After spending the above referenced amount a representative called requesting an additional $500, with more charges to follow. The additional amount (s) were way beyond my resources and after explaining this to the gentleman I requested the pro-offered refund, which was never received. My credit card company has yet to clear this charge because there is no "evidence" to support my claim.
