Received a phone call asking if I was over $10,000 in debt. (I could be wrong on that exact number)
I was advised that they could get my interest rates down to 6%. I reluctantly gave a cc#
hoping they could help me. I called a few days later asking for my money back and was
told unless they couldn't help me there was no refund possible.
Now they want me to sign a power of attorney form. After reading their form and talking with my dad, I'm very uncomfortable signing that form. How can I get my money back?
