I applied for a free sample from this company which i received then forgot to cancel the order. Since then they have been taking over £90.00 out of my account every month, and prices change every month too. I managed to get on the website and all that I found was a number to ring, you cannot cancel over the internet. I rang this number to cancel, the guy pretended he could not speak english then proceeded to speak english until I mentioned that I wanted to cancel the order then hung the phone up on me. I have tried numerous times to cancel with my bank and because they blocked the reliftxs website details they then used a different company to take the money out of my bank. They are a total rip off company and they should be reported to the fair trading standards company.
