I applied for the so called free trial of Lush products, paid the £3 something for postage and the product arrived about a week later. The other product however, which I had to pay seperately for never arrived. Yesterday I had a phone call from my credit card company to inform me that £64.16 had been charged to my account but they had but a stop on it as it was coming up as 'fraudulent'. They stopped the payment and cancelled my card, which I was truly grateful for. It's disgraceful that this company is allowed to get away with this. I was lucky and had it intercepted - but I won't be making payments over the internet quite so freely now, it's really un-nerved me that this can happen so easily.
