A few pieces of the puzzle... My story is pretty much the same as the rest of the complaints here, but I've spoken with these people a few times. If you call them 20 times per day, they will answer. For anyone still confused, this is not a legitimate business, and the BBB can not help with this. I have been reimbursed by my bank, but that is not enough to satisfy me. So, I did some research.
