Having ordered a game from bigfish games for $3.99 and never getting it, they are continuing to take $6.99 from my bank account without my approval or signature. I never agreed to this and never knew i was joining a club. I've tried writing to them and have not received a reply. I want them to stop taking money that does not belong to them and leave my account alone. I am living on a pension and cannot afford to have this money lost.
