So, i'm 18 years old, college student. I was looking into taking some students loans. I started to sign up for one of day, but my boyfriend told me to forget about it, so i did, i didn't finish. The next morning, when i check my balance off my phone i had $150 added in my account which i thought was from my wonderful mother. But when i check online it was from Mass Street Group, and i don't remember ever in my life signing up for it, or authorized them, or sign any documents. When i googled the name, they don't even have a website. A few days after, they keep calling my cell phone, my house phone (which idk how they get it). Soon after i read the complaints in here, i went to the bank to close out my account because i figure they will keep depositing money without my permission. Now they still calling me saying that " if you don't pay $770, you will have to go to court" "they going to come knock on your door" uh NO! They harassing me. The government needs to take an act about this, this is a major SCAM! They really need to do something about it.
