On 15th May we orderd 3 bottles of Nuvoryn order no. 4030018137 paid for them by debit card which was taken on the 16th May for a value of £64.85 which included £4.95 for delivery within 1 to 2 days. We have made numberous telephone calls to 02035141635 and e-mails to their office and have not had any replies at all. As at to days date Thursday 28th June we still have not received any goods or even a reply to our emails or telephone conversations.
There is no other way of contacting the supplier of this product. I am looking into the complaints procedure with Google and the British Trading Standards are also being informed.
