Representative overseas

Representative overseas did not resolve my issue and kept me on hold for over 40 minutes then transferred me without warning after refusing to put supervisor on the phone. Call center overseas asks to imput my SSN. I should not have to give my SSN to anyone in another country. It affects our economy that companies use labor support from other countries instead of creating jobs in the U.S.
