I bought a new "smart" phone from Target and a message that I won a $1000.00 gift card was on my phone. I was nstructed to go to www.target.com. Sogk.Biz and enter "IWON". When I did go to this website there was no way to enter "IWON". This is a cruel hoax, especially for older retired folks like me.
