After much research I ordered this software to get address'. What the website/company failed to notify the consumer, is that it only works on a PC. I had ordered it on my Mac. It is only "mentioned" in the "faq's section" on the company website. When I tried to transfer it to my PC for download, my screen went crazy (flashing). I spent hours trying to get this program to work. Wrote to admin for rankbook and received vague solutions to my problem. I finally could not download and requested a refund. I was emailed that I cannot have a refund which is clearly stated. What IS NOT "clearly stated" is that this download only works on a PC. The company showed no compassion for my loss of nearly $35 spent on nothing! Stay away - scammers!
