I went to this website because I was going to order the product. My card didn't work so I emailed the contact person (Ms. Nancy) and told her that I changed my mind and not to process the order. She promised that she would not process it nor send the drops. Several weeks later, I received them in the mail and was charged $177.66 on my credit card. I contacted Nancy again and she told me to return the products for a refund, less 20% shipping. The return address was not the US like I thought but somewhere in China. I knew that I had been suckered at that point. I have just received a second package and I suspect there will be another charge for $177.66. I have reported them to my credit card company, cancelled my card and I have spent over $100 in shipping—that comes to $447.32 in total.
