They will not release the hold a major rental car company placed on the card. They asked to have the company to provide a release document to them with my name, card number amount to release and contract number. I complied and the rental company sent them the info twice. They contact me and say well we to talk with the rep who sent us this information so we can verify it... Are you serious!!!
