I am a Premium Member in richgoptr.com. When I requested for payout, they asked me to pay $399 as the tax fee. I paid to their Paypal acct on March 25 and provided all the payment details to them. But up to now I haven't received a single dollar. I asked them many times. They only repeated their official statement to ask me to pay the tax fee without answering my problem.
