I booked a plane ticket back in Sept., and a pop up came up and said if i wanted a $50 refund on my next ticket to select yes, I thought it was the airlines that did this and i would get info from this company following the next month. I never recieved any info in the mail after learning that my card was getting charged all along. I cancelled in Dec. with a representative and now they are telling me I never cancelled with them. I called my bank and they were on the phone with Shoppers Advantage and I was able get them to credit my account only for two months @16.99 each month, when I was having my debit card charged for a total of 6 months. I have never received info from them and never used any of their services. I called them agin, and they told me to fax a letter and complain. So far, I have had no response from them that was two weeks ago.
