I purchased shed plans from myshedplans.com. The information I received was not as detailed as what I expected from their online description. I tried to contact them on May 7. The only way to contact them is online and a U.S. Mail address. I contacted them through their online ticket system. They issued Ticket Number 6425 for my request and then put it on permanent hold.
I again tried to contact them. I requested a refund on June 7, Ticket Number 6476.
I also sent a letter to their address listed on the web site, but that was returned to me by the Post Office as "No Such Number."
