I don't who or what this company is or does, but I do know that I did not sign up with them. Like some of the 2,759 (at this time) complaints filed against PMC (Premier), I was online looking for short term loans. I did get requests back and/or telephone requests stating that I had been approved for the loan, but they needed some additional informaion, including my bank information. Because they said I was approved for the loan, I gave them that information.
I've had no contact with this "PRC" company, but they charged my bank account for $99.49. Fortunately, my bank rejected this because I didn't have the funds, but they are charging me the insuffient funds charge of $32.00.
This company should be thoroughly investigated - so far, there have been $1,319, 027,546.59 in reported damages. There have been 2,759 complaints filed, with NO resolutions, to date. Sure sounds like a major scam to me.
