I looked at this product on the internet but decided against the trial offer and did not submit my order. The next day I got a local phone call about ordering the trial again and agreed with the trial. Now I have had the trial expense and almost $80 monthly expense taken from my account. I have not heard anything from this company nor received any of their merchandise. I am checking into my next step to resolve this.
