I too recieved the full size bottle - not a trial size. Never even opened the bottle. After reading all their rules I returned it the same day I recieved it (April 11/12). I followed their instructions to the letter. I called them and informed them that I returned it, to which they confirmed such. They have now charged my credit card and after calling again are saying they didn't receive it and refuse to refund my money. This is a huge scam and a very sketchy company who doesn't care one ounce about customer satisfaction. Beware!!!
