I received an email fron Alan Obstler HR Manager for Alpha Inc ([email protected]) that my application for employment had been approved. I was hired as a Dispatch Manager in Training for Alpha Inc. My Trainer tutor was Ron Dolphin ([email protected]) and training started on Feb 6. Training was broken down into 2 months; first month was Courier training (day 1-30) which consisted of:
Basic principles of carrying out an Escrow operation
Regulations of working schedule or Courier and Storekeeper in Alpha Inc.
Basic principles of receiving, storing, stocktaking and sending packages
Basic principles of communicational interaction with company clients.
During my first month of training I accepted, inspected and reported on 88 packages. On March 12th I received a phone call from Eric from Alpha Inc from 740-788-9000 and was advised that I completed my first month of training and my pay would be direct deposited within 48 hours.
Month 2 of training would be starting soon & my trainer Ron Dolphin would be contacting me by email to start. Needless to say, my pay was not received ($45 per package for a total $3,960 not including any bonuses) and I never received an email to start 2nd month of training. I have tried contacting ny email which are now all disconnected and unable to find a working number for Alpha Inc.
I was receiving emails daily & communication during the first month of training that I never thought this was fraud. I have all my documentations and files for all packages received and shipped during this time.
