Achieve Technologies LLC
Consumer Report

I received a call from someone that works at this company Successful Education Online at 491 N. Bluff Street suite#302 St. George, Utah 84770 and it was about their coaching program for a total of 9 weeks with access of 150 video training library, etc. So I talked with a person named Richard there and he gave me some info but he did not disclose all the detailed info I later discovered on my own. I went through with this program and had to sign a contract via yozons and looked thru it mostly protecting their Trade secrets but I did electronically sign it and it was sent by email to me. But this part I thought was wrong and illegal for them not telling me that another business named Achieve Technologies, LLC will be receiving my credit card info and personal data and be the business or merchant that will be charging me, nor did they disclose that info when they actually asked for my c/c info and ran my card. I feel that it was deceptive of them for not telling me who is charging my credit card and violating my privacy rights and they did not disclose that Achieve Technologies, LLC was involved with a case that the State of Utah's Consumer Protection Agency took them to court, and had numerous complaints made against them at BBB Utah website, all this info I found out doing research after I noticed this charge of $3,749 from Achieve Technologies, LLC on my credit card statement. I tried to dispute this charge with my credit card company and was denied because they received a fraudulent letter stating their location from 491 N. Bluff St. Suite #302 St. George, Utah 84770 from Achieve Technologies, LLC saying how I enrolled with them on the date I was charged... They are honestly lying to the terrible dispute team that did not even notice on the bottom of this letter showed a different address 555 South Bluff St. 2nd floor in Utah. If you can help me get my money returned or have a lawyer contact me because I am sure this is an illegal transaction for a deceptive sales tactic also a case for false advertising on my credit card's website stating I will not be responsible for any charges I did not authorize. I did not authorize or even know Achieve Technologies, LLC was even involved so that shows I didn't authorize this charge. I would like to file a suit against my credit card company for this false advertising and for not investigating my dispute of this charge. Thank you
