YR Benefits: sent a check to my bank for withdrawal. I never authorized this check. The check had my mothers name and address on it, plus tel #. Check stated no signature was needed. Authorized by depositor. I called # on check. A gentleman said you have reached 3rd party, (what ever that means). Told me I can canx Benefit Plan. They will refund my money to my acc.in 21 days. Bank is filing a fraud claim for me. I am calling Attorney General off, and Better Business Bureau
