I cancelled my mobshack last month (april) with a lady with my phone bill with rogers compagny (the lady told me that no amount would be seen on the next bill) and Ireceived an other bill (may) and just spoke with a gentlemen, he said that it is not in their resort to do so to cancel and he gave me your email to cancel, I am fedup with that crap...
I don't need that service, I have made a mistake from the beginning with mobshack thinking that it was free on the internet, crap...
