Hastily ordered this product on June 9th. Sent 3 emails the same day requesting cancellation. A 4th email on June 10th and a 5th email on June 11th and no reply to any. The phone number on their web site is a long greeting with no option to leave a message. The greeting says the best way to contact Frank Bates is via email which is checked every day. My credit card was charged on June 10th, the same day I emailed the 4th cancellation request. Frank Bates claims he heard that his video was banned by Google - it is not. This is my third day of waiting for an email reply from [email protected].
