We continue to get calls requesting to do surveys. Our family filled out the 10 yr census paper work. Afterward, we were informed we were selected to participate in a 1 year monthly survey - we agree as we thought it our civic duty. After starting we were then informed that there would be another 1 year follow-up. So we've been involved in basically a 2 yr survey program. Now this week, we've been continuously badgered and informed if we don't submit to doing yet another phone survey we will be fined and jailed! Bring it - what a waste of my tax money. The Census Bureau has 2 years of information on my family and should be capable of accessing that without starting new surveys. The Census Bureau representative informed me they don't intrashare information within departments of the Census Bureau - what a bunch of crap! That's as bad as NEPA projects - if a government agency can't share information within its own agency what the heck are they doing with our money is this how our government intends to create more jobs?!
