My wife and I purchased two leather couch's from the store listed. 10 months later the seat padding began to diminish and squeak. The side arms also began tear at the stitching causing the material to seperate. The large couch which is operated by a motore went out. An outside repair party restitched the tears to only create worse tears couple months later. The padding that was fixed is now worse with other portions of the couch doing the same. I contacted the store and was directed to corporate. After several attempts the email process began. Finalizing with a response that my 12 month warranty was over and no assistance was available.inturn, I have the Better Business Bureau investigating with my next step involving outside assistance. The chain claims to provide customer service as a priority. I am employed in a cardiac cath lab and I will say I know customer service and care. Easy life is a joke! Tim
