The same thing happened to me! Despite my cancelling IN GOOD TIME - b2 denied having received my cancellation then eventually acknowledged my cancelleation but wouldn't process it because I 'hadn't signed' the cancellation form (no where in the small print does it ask for this). Despite constant arguements via e-mail and threats to inform the ombudsman and the Office of Fair Trading, they will not budge - they are despicable charlatans and nothing seems to stop them! Avoid!!!
