I applied to a local chat site that said it was free. It required a credit card to verify my ID to subscribe. I immediately began receiving emails from all over the world for requests to open private chats. I opened one and I reported this to the site and they terminated my account but FML charged me the fees anyway. My bank reversed the fee and they billed it again.
