We purchased a pool from blue world pools and it seems that everyone we have dealt with is rude as can be. They drafted our deposit out of our account 2 times back to back. Then had to put it back in but not before causing my account to overdraft due to truck payment being takin out. When asked about this they simply asked me if i was sure i could afford this pool i thought this was very rude on their part. I made a truck payment because i had the money a little early. Now after that comment the next day they call me and say sir your pool is ready and we have great news we are going to give you a better pool for a cheaper interest rate and the same payment and pay one less year on the pool just the total goes up. Well i agreed to this and they was supposed to come out and put my pool up on tues at 12 pm they finally show up at 3 pm and they ask if i know where they can buy some sand at near by. I thought they was suppose to a certain grade really fine sand but okay. They start to grade the area and at 6:30 pm they say they are done but still need to grade some more and then get sand they will be back the next day around noon or maybe even before that well it is now 6pm and nobody has showed up i did speak to someone at blue world pools and they yes sir they are in route to your house now to install. So i call the installer and he is not on his way he is actully wanting to come the next day instead. This wouldnt be so bad but both people have to be present to sign off on the paperwork before the actuall install is done. So now its my wife and myself both oput of work one day and now its gotta be 2 days of no work to accomadate these morons. My advice if you want a pool call someone local and do alot of research do not jump in like we did cause you will be left lookin stupid by this company. They do not care about customer at all.
