I responded to Craigslist job offer, with a minor description of my qualifications in my email. I received a response from Peggy with 1st Premier Staffing, referring me to a website: ktqpropmgmt.com/job_application / with a personal code to enter the site. I was told she had received my 'resume' and that if I didn't respond by the next day, she would move on to the next applicant. There is no contact information, address, phone number, etc. I did a web search on KTQ Property Management, and there is no contact information whatsoever.
