The plastic holders that attach to the premade holes in the screen fall apart with the slitest wind. The holders blow away and the magnets get lost making the screen unusable. I called and was told by John that you can't buy any parts so just go buy another one. I think this "as seen on tv" should be taken off as defective without any remedy. They make the screens so they should have replacement parts. Those plastic are just pushed together and not even glued.
