Blue Lion has 7 offices in the Southeast and they all operate the same way. You should know that most people DO NOT make money doing this job. Ask around in the office, you won't find many people who have worked there more than a few months. Why?
Well, door to door sales is hard and Blue Lion makes it even harder. They expect you to work 6 days a week and on holidays. They schedule 15 hours a week UNPAID work in the office including vacuuming and secretarial work. If you get into "leadership" you will have to train people, drive them around, buy them lunch... Also without pay!
They will not pay you if you make less than 3 sales in a week. No commission if you don't make 20 sales in a month... Blue Lion keeps all the money! They also won't pay if your customer cancels or if your cancellation rate is over 25%. You won't get any written confirmation... You just have to take their word for it. Does that sound legit?
