I have already filed a report with my credit card company via a phone call. To better solidify the complaint I am going to put it in writing and send it to them. I am not quite sure how to go about wording the complaint to best get the point across and prove that this company is indeed fraudulent. My anger towards them tends to get the best of me whenever I start to put it into words. To anyone that has already gone through this... Any ideas on how to tactfully and convincingly get my point across?
