Noticed an authorized charge in my online banking. Did a quick google search on "consgamehere" and seen a lot of complaints about unauthorized charges. Tried calling last night... Recorded message saying to call back during business hours. Visited their website and found their hours (Mon-Sat 8a-7p EST). Finally got through to someone after the 8th time that I called. They said they would cancel the order and refund the money. But they also told me the name of the person who ordered... Which was my wife's grandfather (who has been deceased for over 20 years). This has helped me track down where these scammers may have got my credit card number... As I have only used it on 2 different bills that are under his name: Missouri Gas Electric (MGE) and Kansas City Power & Light (KCPL). I have not had a chance to contact either of these companies to see if their systems were comprimised... But I will be. Hope this information is helpful to others.
