I initially ordered the advertised trial of Cyvita for $19.95 on 5/23. I was told it would be about 3 to 5 weeks before delivery, but was told if I also ordered an additional purchase, the delivery could be in a few days. I decided to wait it out and only took the original trial offer. However, I received the package just a few days later. I noticed the terms within the package which says "You have no obligation to buy anything in the future as long as you cancel the auto-ship program within 12 days after your order ships." The problem here is that they charged me $59.40 on the 9th day (6/1). I am irate because this will throw my meager finances off and may cause me some overdraft fees. I called and asked nicely if they would return the money. The representative said she would have get a supervisor to handle the return and put me on hold. I must have waited about 10 minutes and then the representative came back on the line and said all the supervisors are tied up and will have one of them call me back. Right, I'll just sit here and wait by the phone. Needless to say, after an hour of not hearing anything further I finally gave up. Boy, what a ripoff disguised in pretty packaging. If the business is no good, how can the product be any better.
