I tried to make a phone call that I was told would be charged $12, and it did not even go through. I attempted again to dial the number but did not go through and I pressed 0 to cancel, as instructed. Then I check my statement online and got charged TWICE for $36.07 USD. I demand my money back because that is false advertisement. I only swiped my card ONCE and was never told of that amount of money. I did not even get a single ring. This is absurd and I wish to have my money refunded to my card immediately. This occured at the Pacific Central Station in Vancouver, B.C. From my debit card.
